Happy 17th December everyone, only 8 sleeps to go!!
A few more hours and I would have failed my 24 day of Christmas challenge! eek.
What a weekend. Scrap that what a week. It has been all go at Buttons HQ for the last week and it’s not due to slow down until the 23rd December. I will not miss a blog though and today I thought I would tell you what we have been up to over the last few days.
I had a very exciting enquiry on Thursday that took up most of the day and the time I had in between and after parties on Friday. I can say more after Christmas, but I have been taken on as a consultant by a London based PR agency to help plan & theme a fantastic children’s party in January. I am so excited as it is set to be amazing but I have a lots of work before the fun of the party. I am currently on a venue search, looking at invitations & goodie bag options, planning the catering and the table theming.
I also had two parties on Friday, a pre-school party in Farnborough which was lovely with all the children in their home made Christmas tree hats and a Christmas themed birthday party in Hampton Hill which was also great fun.
On Saturday it was a craft party in the morning for a lovely family who also booked me last year so it was so nice to see them all again. Then in the afternoon myself and Stevie were hosting the children entertainment at Sky Chefs Christmas party. There were 75 children and we have a blast at the Park Grand Hotel in Hounslow.
On Sunday me and Stevie were back together for a Christmas themed party in Pyrford. Time was tight as there was a Yoga class in the hall up untill 15 minuets before the party, we were super organised though and in our elf outfits and set up faster than you can say Santa’s got a big belly. After that we split up and Stevie was off to host a craft party near Reading and I was in Guildford for a Winter Wonderland themed party both went really well.
This is the feeback from Stevie’s party!
Buttons has two more Christmas events and one birthday party before Christmas so I better get back to it 🙂
