Superhero Party

I made it though my first party filled weekend after holidays. Bit of a shock to the system to be getting up at 5.30 but what a great weekend!

We had 5 parties, a christening and two venue styling’s. Today I’m going to show you one of the Superhero party set up’s we had on Saturday. Monica booked Buttons last year so I was so pleased when she re booked for her son’s 6th party this year. The theme was Superheros and for the venue styling we went with the retro theme to match the invitations that Monica has sourced.

For the first time in two years I actually remember to get a before photo! This is Oatlands Village Hall on St Marys Road in Weybridge.

Giant Spiderman

All the children had a mask at their place and once on the plates turned 3D, how cool is that! I was pretty excited when I found these. We had Superhero welcome signs, straw flags, a giant Spiderman, chair covers (hall chairs as usually pretty grubby), KAPOW signs, a cityscape back drop for the food table and on the stage created a photo area with sky and clouds on the back wall and a cityscape the children could stand behind and pose for pic’s. The party bags were also themed with lovely Thank you tags and superhero stickers.

We also themed the games and I believe the children did a great job at Kryptonite disposal!
