If someone says party at a play centre to me I think of a big warehouse with lots of soft play and a massive climbing structure. I also think loud, iffy food and children clambering over rather then playing with each other. I know this is a very stereotype thought though and today I wanted to tell you about a play centre that is anything but the above.
I first went to Piglets last year for a face painting job and I loved it straight away. It is located in Hersham and although yes, it does have a climbing and play frame inside (not so big it takes over everything else), but it also has tons of play equipment outside, resident pigs and goats and puts on a very nice spread.

After my first visit I have been back to theme the venue and host entertainment at a pirate party and most recently to face paint and balloon model as a thank you to Piglet for recommending me and to meet lots of lovely mummies, daddies, nannies and kids. Oh not forgetting the animals.

Tasmin the owner bought the once farm shop when during one of her many visits to buy animal food she noticed the lease was up. She lived just around the corner for some of her life and her daughter loved to visit the goats even then. She used to be a nanny and really wanted to create a lovely place for both the children and parents to hang out. And I have to say she has done that. Piglets was buzzing on Monday, and when I have children I will definitely be hanging out on one of there pink chairs or with the goats.

As a party venue it tickets lots of box’s. It has plenty of parking and lots of space for party games, the food table and parents who wish to stay on. It’s outside space is great if the weather is nice and the on site catering is very good. The play equipment works really well if I face paint during the party as I can be doing this in the knowledge the kids have tones to keep them happy.
