Here is an easy cake pop to make with the children that involves no baking!
Ingredients:
- White chocolate
- Rice crispys
- Desiccated coconut
- Cake decorating silver shimmer spray
- Paper straws
- Cling film
Method:
- Mix together melted chocolate and rice crispys ensuring an even coating. Sprinkle in a handful of desiccated coconut.
- Place a square of cling film in the palm of your hand and spoon some of the mix in. Shape into a ball. Stick your straw in the middle and scrunch the cling film around the straw.
- Set in the fridge for a few hours.
- When hard peel away the cling film and spray with shimmer spray for extra sparkle!
