Bath Bomb Making Party

29th May 2013

Last weekend I had a bath bomb/muffin making party in Hampton Hill for Ellen’s 10th and Megan’s 8th birthdays. This is one smelly party! But in the best way possible.

Buttons parties supplies all the lotions and potions for the bath muffins and after and hour of mixing, spraying, stuffing and sprinkling each child has created four bath muffins to take home.

The children all picked their colours, fragrances and decorations and we had a great time. The room (and myself) smelt of English Rose, Spices and Melon for some time after we were done.

The reason for the bomb/ muffin name is that although they are still called bath bombs we make ours in small muffin cases. This is much more suitable for a children’s at party. All the bath muffins are wrapped in cello bags an finished with ribbon to make the perfect party gift as well.

I don’t think I have ever seen so may children desperate for a bath!

If you think your child would like a bath bomb making party just give us a call or pop us an email via the contact page, we would love to help 🙂

My 8 year old is wanting to do a party at home this year for her birthday. She wants to make bath bombs with up to 8 of her friends. Any suggestions on how to get planning?

Hi Kimm, I would suggest you get a party kit online (bath-bomb.com) and have a practice before the party. The best thing you can do is to get as much prep done before as posisble so get the dry ingredients messured out ect as this will cut down on the mess and time it takes before the real fun starts! Dont try and make bombs as these can be very tricky, go with muffin cases instead. Have a great time!

Millie had an absolutely lovely h birthday party. We were very impressed by how well everything was organised and how you expertly managed a group of very excited 8 year olds !. The end products looked fantastic and the girls really enjoyed the production part, mixing fragrances and colours together to create their own individual bath bombs.
