My guilty pleasure at the moment are strawberries dipped in melted chocolate – sooo delicious! We had a girls dinner last week so I poshed them up a little with dipping pots of nuts and sprinkles and they are such an easy dessert.
So when I was looking around for Easter inspiration I fell in love with some strawberries I found dipped in coloured candy melts. I use candy melts in our Chocolate parties so I have a box full on hand. You can get Candy melt from most cake shops, Hobbycraft or online.

I’m going to be in Anglesey for a few day over Easter with my family, I look after entertainment for the kids (not surprise there!) and this is going to be on our list of indoor things to do for sure!
